Classic job boards deliver lists: long result pages, newsletters full of postings that mostly don't fit you, and the effort of maintaining the same profile everywhere. You search, filter and sort, and tomorrow it starts all over again.

We turn that around. You create your profile once, and we bring the matching opportunities to you. Accurate matches instead of job lists by newsletter.

Your profile is your agent: your experience, location, availability and whether you are looking for freelance projects, a permanent position or both. We continuously compare it with current postings and show you in your dashboard what fits you, with a match rate in percent. Whether you want to be publicly visible or stay anonymous is up to you.

To keep the suggestions accurate, we ask you to confirm or update your profile regularly, and we remind you in time. Whoever maintains their profile stays in the comparison - there are no dead profiles with us.

Your job agent should be able to do more than match postings: it should show you how you can develop, for example which experience advances you at which companies. We are working on it. These recommendations are not available yet; today you get personal matches based on your profile.

For every posting, companies see a preselection: candidates who fit their requirements and are interested in the posting or open to offers. For this they pay a membership based on the number of simultaneously active postings, with no placement fee per hire. When the membership ends, the postings end too.

engineering-talents.com is free for candidates. The platform is financed by the companies' memberships.

He knows the job lists sent by newsletter and the enquiries that do not match one's own profile from his own experience, and built the platform so that things can be done differently.
