Frequently asked questions
What exactly am I paying for?
Not for publishing as such, you have that on your own careers page too. You pay for the platform continuously comparing your requirements with the candidate profiles and showing you only those who fit and want to be approached, as long as the posting is active. There is no need to sort through unsuitable applications.
What counts as an active posting?
A posting counts as long as it is published. Drafts and closed postings do not count and are unlimited. A published posting occupies its slot for at least 30 days. If you close it earlier, the slot stays taken until day 30 and is free afterwards.
What happens when the membership ends?
When the membership ends, your postings end too: they are closed, not deleted. We remind you by email before that. You can copy closed postings as a template later and publish them again with a new membership.
Do I need more postings than my plan includes?
You can increase your quota at any time by booking extra postings on top of your plan. Extra postings are priced lower the bigger your plan is; beyond a certain number the next bigger plan is the cheaper choice.
Can I change my plan or cancel?
Yes, under Membership. A bigger plan or more extra postings apply immediately with pro rata billing. A smaller plan applies only at the end of the current billing period, and you choose which postings stay active. You can cancel at any time, effective the end of the current billing period.
How do I get an invoice?
Stripe issues invoices; you can find them in the customer portal. Enter your billing address and VAT ID when booking. VAT is charged in addition to the net prices.
